The merchant can activate RedBox services on Zid platform by following the steps:

After logging in to Salla, go to "Visit App Store" then select "Explore Apps", search for "RedBox", and click "Install". Once activated, Salla prepaid will be automatically enabled.

Note | There are two types of RedBox integration via Salla:

Direct integration with RedBox
  • Create your own RedBox account
  • Support for you and your customers directly
  • Monthly invoices or pay using prepaid credits
  • Get Self drop-off card for your business
  • Weekly and monthly reports
  • RedBox’s direct marketing services
  • Request packaging materials
    • Integration with Salla prepaid
    • Using Salla’s Platform
    • Full support is provided by Salla
    • Shipping label costs are prepaid to Salla

      • After logging in to Zid, go to "Zid Settings," then from "Shipping and Delivery Option," find "Shipping Options," choose "RedBox," and then click "Activate."
